What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, sits in a tall red armchair at a desk in his office, writing on a sheet of paper and then holding up a pencil as he speaks. Homer, the bald, heavy man in a white shirt and blue trousers, stands across the room with his arms folded in front of a green chair and a framed portrait on the wall, looking nervous and wide-eyed. Burns later raises his hand toward a wall panel beside the desk, and his yellow fist presses the red button of a silver SECURITY alarm, then his finger points at it while the scene ends.
