What happens

Apu, Principal Skinner in his grey suit and pink tie, and a group of men including Homer and a heavy man in a black beret cluster around a purple console, with Apu and Skinner gazing at a magazine titled US that shows a hairy creature while Homer and the beret-wearing man look on. The scene shifts to the outside of Springfield Elementary School, its sign reading 'Springfield Elementary School' beside a tall American flag under a bright blue sky. Back inside, Groundskeeper Willie with his bushy red moustache and beard holds a mop while Mr. Burns, in dark sunglasses and a grey suit with a pink tie, stands beside him in front of a window, and Burns speaks to him, then pushes his hands into his pockets as the conversation continues.
