What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair and red-framed glasses, and Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, sit together on an orange bench in a red train car with a rainy window and an EMERGENCY door behind them. Bart grins and leans toward Milhouse, who smiles back, and they share a small red book. Milhouse then turns away, speaks and points toward a bald, plump man in a white shirt sitting farther down the car, while Bart looks on with a wary expression, the book still on the seat between them.
