What happens

Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and green sweater, stands behind the bar at Moe's Tavern beneath a rack of axes, gesturing with his hands and then posing with his hands on his hips while a seated crowd watches. Homer, bald and in a white shirt, sits at the left of the crowd, and a red-haired woman in a lavender top sits on the bar near Flanders, with a uniformed man in a white cap at the right. Over the course of the moment, several people in the crowd raise their arms and hands in eager response, and a Duff sign and a 'Seven days without a drink makes me weak' sign hang on the wall.
