What happens

Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and green sweater, stands at the left in the first frame, pushing his glasses up with one hand in a wooden-walled room with mugs on a shelf and a hanging sign on the wall. Moe, the grey-haired bartender in a blue apron and bow tie, stands between Flanders and Milhouse, who has blue hair and glasses, and all three gesture and shout with raised fists and open mouths in a bar with diagonal wood paneling. Homer, bald and wearing a white shirt, appears at the right in the last frame, grinning and raising one hand in the air while the others pump their fists beside him.
