What happens

Grampa, the wrinkled old man with white tufts of hair and glasses in a tan jacket, stands at a shop counter beside an unnamed thin man in a blue turtleneck. Grampa holds a green wallet in one hand and raises a silver nickel between his fingers in the other, talking and gesturing with it, then extends the coin toward the counter while the taller man looks on with a flat expression. Behind them are a cash register, shelves of bottles and a blue curtain, in what looks like a store.
