Mr. Burns stands in a dark blue suit and black tie, holding a martini glass with an olive on a pick

What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, stands in a dark blue suit and black tie, holding a martini glass with an olive on a pick. He raises his free hand, peers at the drink, then extends the glass toward someone off to the side, while one of Marge's sisters, Patty or Selma, with grey-violet hair, a pink shawl and a pearl necklace, lifts a glass to her lips, sips, and then touches her throat with her eyes closed. The scene is set against a plain purple backdrop with a brown tree trunk and green bushes at the right edge.
