What happens

Principal Skinner, in a blue suit with a purple shirt and holding a clipboard and pencil, stands at a science fair table in a school gym and gestures while speaking to Bart Simpson, who wears an orange shirt and stands at the front table beside a bowl and a sign reading 'the Little Universe by Bart Simpson'. Behind them, a boy in a hula skirt, lei and red hibiscus flower strums a ukulele in front of a palm tree beach poster, and a few spectators stand by the displays. Skinner's gestures and speech carry through the moment, and by the end he is still talking animatedly while the hula-clad boy stands with his eyes closed.
