What happens

Apu, the Kwik-E-Mart clerk in a green jacket and white apron, stands behind the store counter holding a hot dog and gesturing with his other hand. Behind him, a rotating hot dog warmer holds several sausages, and a pink milk carton poster reads "HAVE YOU SEEN THIS WOMAN?" beside a woman in a hat. As he talks, he raises the hot dog higher, lifts it upright between his fingers, and then spreads his hands out to the sides.
