What happens

Bart, in an orange shirt, and Milhouse, in a pink shirt and red glasses, crouch in green bushes against a dark backdrop, with Bart raising binoculars while Milhouse looks on and talks. The scene then shifts to a riverbank where Sideshow Bob, with a huge mane of spiky red hair and a grey-blue jacket, stands glancing sideways as two small figures hide in bushes on the far side of the water. Blue water, brown rocky cliffs and pine trees fill the background.
