What happens

Homer Simpson in his white shirt is lowered over a wooden tub of dark liquid by a hand while a crowd watches on a small-town street lined with shops including Top It Off, a Barber Shop and The Android's Dungeon Baseball Card Shop. Snowball II, the white cat, then sits in the tub as onlookers stand around it, and the view widens to show a large wooden contraption on a town square with a crowd gathered below. Homer ends up lying on the wooden platform while Marge, with her tall blue beehive and green dress, stands beside a policeman, a man in a brown fedora and suit, and Chief Wiggum in uniform.
