What happens

Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief with blue hair in a blue uniform, stands in a crowded red-ceilinged club with a woman in a red bikini top, white boots and a blue-beaded necklace, while a woman with a tall brown hairdo and a bikini watches. At first Wiggum and a dancing woman in a red bikini and white boots throw their arms up amid a jostling crowd, then the scene settles as Wiggum raises a hand to his head and the bikini woman leans toward him, while an older woman in a green dress and a woman in an orange dress look on, and a Black man in a white shirt and a man in a light jacket hold drinks. Behind them are an EXIT sign and an orange ISOTOPES banner.
