What happens

Bart Simpson, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt and blue shorts, stands at a classroom chalkboard filled with rows of the words "A FIRE DRILL DOES NOT DEMAND A FIRE" and writes with chalk, then turns and skips and hops away from the board, grinning with his arms outstretched past a red trash can and a wall clock. Outside, he appears on a green skateboard on a sidewalk in front of a school building with glass doors and a sign reading "Springfield Elementary School," pumping his arms in the air as he rolls past dark hedges.
