The Simpsons, “The Old Man and the Lisa” (season 8, episode 21), 14:36–14:43
What happens
Mr. Burns, frail and thin with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, hands a small item across the counter to a bearded man with a black ponytail and pink tie-dyed shirt in a orange kiosk, then holds out a coin while the clerk reaches toward him and then stands aside as Burns steps away to the right. The scene then moves to a hardware store with a 'HARDWARE' sign, a purple cash register, a red gumball machine and a bucket labeled 'NAILS 5¢', where Burns, in a white shirt, reaches toward the counter and the bucket while a young clerk with brown hair and a white shirt watches.
