The Simpsons, “The City of New York vs. Homer Simpson” (season 9, episode 1), 14:41–14:50
What happens
Small cartoon figures stand and walk on a pale plaza between a tall striped grey skyscraper with a blue-glass base and a red-pink apartment block, with a pink car parked nearby, while the view starts tilted up at the tower's pointed top against a clear blue sky. The view sweeps down past the tower to the plaza, where a figure in red and others mill about and a figure in blue walks toward the right as the pink car sits near the middle. The scene then rises back up to the striped tower's top against the blue sky and holds steady there to the end.
