What happens

Mr. Burns, a stooped old man with grey hair at the sides, sits bound with thick rope to a wooden chair in a room full of onlookers, while a red-uniformed marching band with white feathered hats plays trumpets and a tuba beside him. Among the crowd are Marge with her tall blue beehive, Lisa in her red dress, Bart in his orange shirt, a bearded man with red hair, and one of Marge's grey-violet-haired sisters, Patty or Selma, all raising their hands and cheering. The scene then moves outdoors to a station platform where the same crowd waves and cheers as a flatbed rail car carrying a tall tiered cake rolls along the tracks past a red-and-green signal light and a small wooden house.
