What happens

Two Military Police officers in white helmets and dark blue uniforms stand on a stage-like platform before a brown-haired man in olive fatigues, while a red-haired soldier and a Black soldier stand nearby. One MP holds up a pocket watch whose open lid shows a portrait of a stooped, grey-haired man with a hooked nose, and the man in fatigues then looks on as dog tags and a green pouch are laid out on a table next to a helmet, and one hand lifts the tags on a chain. The scene ends with Principal Skinner, neat grey hair, blue suit and orange tie, standing in an office beneath framed certificates.
