What happens

Krusty the Clown stands at a microphone on a wooden stage in a black jacket and black shirt, with a cigarette in his hand and green hair, first in a close-up with smoke curling up from the cigarette as he talks and gestures with his free arm on his hip. The view then pulls back to show him from behind, facing a bar crowd of seated patrons, including Chief Wiggum in his blue police uniform, Homer and Marge at a back table, a woman with grey-violet hair clapping at the front left, and a man in a blue sweater clapping at the right. Krusty keeps talking and gesturing, and the audience claps and laughs while the cigarette smoke drifts upward past the mic stand and orange drinks sit on the tables.
