What happens

Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in a blue cap, aims a revolver at a man with black hair and a black sweater who is floating in blue water with his arms raised in front of a purple mountain at night, and the screen then fades to black. Next, bald Homer in a white shirt holds a placard reading SIMPSON, HOMER J. 5F124670 against a striped wall in a studio with lights, while Wiggum adjusts a boxy photographic device on a stand.
