What happens

Bart, in his orange shirt, and Milhouse, in his blue sweater and red pants, stand on a purple hillside at night with a group of onlookers, including a bald heavy man in a white shirt who is likely Homer and a figure with long curly black hair, looking up at the walls of Morningwood Penitentiary. The first frames show only a wooden sign reading 'MORNINGWOOD PENITENTIARY' with a white plaque below it reading 'CONDEMNED', beside a guard tower and a large dark building under a full moon. The view then pans right across the sign and up to the prison wall and iron gate, and the group comes into view in the lower left, with Bart pointing toward the prison as the others gaze up at it under the night sky.
