What happens

Bart Simpson and Homer Simpson sit in a red car with a 'VOTE SIMPSON' banner and sign on its roof, parked on a town street. Bart, holding a black object, and Homer, gripping the steering wheel, first look alarmed and turn toward each other, then Homer shouts and gestures while Bart stares with a sour look and raises a finger. Homer later looks worried and grimaces at the road, while the car drives past pedestrians on the sidewalk, including a woman with a shopping bag and a woman in red with a child near a red fire hydrant, and the banner 'VOTE SIMPSON' is visible on the car's side as it moves along the street.
