Bart and Milhouse walk along a city sidewalk past a parking meter and a bank with large windows and a gold BANK sign

What happens

Bart (spiky hair, orange shirt) and Milhouse (blue hair, glasses, pink shirt, red shorts) walk along a city sidewalk past a parking meter and a bank with large windows and a gold BANK sign. As they pass the bank's glass door, a man in a suit pulls it open and goes inside, and they stop to watch, then continue on as a group of elderly people with pink and blue parasols walks by them. Producer credits in white capital letters appear over the scene throughout.
