Bart and Milhouse stand together outside a pink building with an OPEN sign in its window and a trash can nearby

What happens

Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, and Milhouse, with blue hair and red glasses, stand together outside a pink building with an OPEN sign in its window and a trash can nearby. Milhouse talks and gestures with open hands while Bart glances sideways, then speaks with his mouth open as they stand by a door, and Milhouse later holds a wooden stick between his teeth with a hand on his chest. On-screen credits name David S. Cohen and Richard Appel as co-executive producers.
