What happens

On a sandy lakeside beach, Ned Flanders, with his moustache and glasses, is buried up to his head while Sideshow Bob, with his huge mane of spiky red hair, and a spiky-haired child in orange trunks pile sand over him, and nearby beachgoers in swimsuits lounge under purple and green umbrellas. Ned's head is then shown enlarged from behind as he sits in the sand mound, and a pink car drives over the mound, with its wheels passing over the buried sand. The beach fills the background of the moments before and after, with a blue lake and distant pine-covered hills, and the sand around Ned is shaped into a mound.
