What happens

Bart Simpson rides his skateboard past an orange brick building with an OPEN sign, then past a tall reddish-haired woman in a book shop area. He is stopped by Barney, a heavy man with messy brown hair, while Moe, the grey-haired bartender, stands by a red door. Bart then passes a heavy man in a brown suit and sunglasses holding a saxophone, in front of a wall of clown-faced TVs. Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief, waves a baton to halt Bart at a street corner beside a pink building and statue. An orange car then drives along a winding road past an orange-roofed house, and finally it heads toward the viewer under a blue sky and a tree.
