What happens

Kent Brockman, a heavy man with swept-back blue-grey hair in a dark suit and teal shirt, holds a microphone outside a pink building with a brick-framed window while a uniformed police officer in a blue cap stands at the left edge. He grimaces, glares, speaks, and clenches his fist as he talks into the mic. The scene then shifts to the family's living room, where Homer in a white shirt and black tie sits on the red couch beside Lisa in a red dress and pearls and Bart in an orange shirt, with Marge's tall blue beehive and green dress at the right. They look toward the front, under a framed sailboat painting, with lamps and a shelf of books nearby.
