Homer Simpson and Ned Flanders first stand before a pink 'WIN THIS CAR!' display with a teal convertible on a stage at a lavish venue

What happens

Homer Simpson and Ned Flanders, with a bald man in sunglasses and a black suit and bow tie standing nearby, first stand before a pink 'WIN THIS CAR!' display with a teal convertible on a stage at a lavish venue. Homer then climbs onto the car and waves his arms, after which he and Ned sit in the driver's seat, Homer gripping the wooden steering wheel while Ned leans in beside him. Later, a crowd gathers around the display where a large muscled man in red boxing gloves and a white tiger on the shoulders of a man in a red vest push through the people, and the scene closes on a desert highway beside a blue 'STATE LINE' sign, where the group of characters, including Homer and Ned, stands next to a row of parked cars.
