What happens

Bodyguards in black suits, sunglasses and bow ties stand before arched grey walls, followed by a frail old man with grey side hair and a red bow tie, a shirtless muscular man, a woman with tall orange hair in a purple dress, and two long-haired men, one in a red shirt holding a metal rod and one in a dark jacket, beside a dark-haired man in a white jumpsuit. Homer Simpson in a white shirt, holding a phone to his ear, and Ned Flanders in a green sweater with a moustache and glasses stand before a purple-windowed arcaded building, Homer grimacing while Ned talks and gestures. Ned glares and speaks, then both look on anxiously as a bodyguard in sunglasses gestures beside them.
