What happens

Homer Simpson and Ned Flanders, the latter in a green sweater and moustache, are lifted off the ground by a muscular, shirtless boxer with a goatee and red gloves in a desert setting beside a blue STATE LINE sign and a white tiger. The boxer then throws them down into a cloud of dust, and afterward raises his gloved arms in triumph while a slick-haired man in a blue double-breasted suit and red tie, flanked by two men in sunglasses and a black tuxedo, straightens his tie and gestures as he speaks. Two women in a purple dress and a pink top stand with their hands on their hips at the right edge of the scene.
