What happens

On a dark purple night beside rows of bushy trees, a thin man in a white coat and round glasses, with a pizza-shaped contraption blinking on his head, gestures toward a billboard reading "WE'RE WATCHING YOU KIDS" while Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in uniform and cap, lifts a glowing bulb-like object at the top of a wooden tower. The camera-free view then shifts to a wooden platform where Lisa in her red dress, Bart in his orange shirt with headphones, Milhouse in a pink shirt and blue cap, and a red-haired boy in a white shirt watch as a heavy-set figure with shaggy brown hair in a blue shirt grips a crank beside a large gear and a lamp-like fixture.
