What happens

Principal Skinner, with neat grey hair and a suit, is seated on a wooden stage with his mouth wide open in a grin, while Herb, a brown-haired man in a white shirt and purple tie, reaches toward his ear and then holds him from behind as Chief Wiggum in his blue police cap and uniform and a dark-haired man in a green sweater and pale trousers raise their arms. The group struggles on the stage, then Herb and Wiggum walk Skinner off to the side, with Skinner's arm stretched out and the green-sweatered man trailing behind. A silhouetted audience sits below against a pink and olive wall with brick patches.
