What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair and glasses in a purple shirt and red shorts, and Bart, with spiky hair in an orange shirt and blue shorts, sit and stand on a ledge in front of a brick wall beneath an ARCADE sign, with a bottle beside them and a rumpled dollar bill on the ground. Milhouse gestures with his hands while Bart sits with his arms crossed, then Bart looks up with his mouth open and Milhouse stands grinning. Milhouse then bends forward at the waist, reaching down toward the dollar on the pavement while Bart remains seated behind him.
