What happens

Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt and blue shorts, appears in a classroom at a chalkboard that repeatedly reads 'I will not re-transmit without the express permission of Major League Baseball.' He first stands writing on the board with chalk, then turns and hops sideways with his arms out and a grimacing grin, while a red trash can and a wall clock sit nearby. Before this, the frames show a blue sky with drifting clouds that gives way to the title card reading 'THE SIMPSONS' in yellow letters.
