What happens

Bart Simpson, a boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt and blue shorts, stands on a city sidewalk beside a yellow taxi and a tall office building, with a bald, heavy man in a blue suit (Herb-like, not Homer) and a thin man in a grey-and-tan suit nearby. Bart's gaze turns to a glass door's directory sign reading "6th Floor MAD Magazine" and "For Lease Call 555-8628", and he reaches out to press the building's door handle. Inside, Bart stands at an elevator bank with a row of lit floor numbers, then a crowd of people, including a bald man in a blue suit, waits beneath a sign reading "MAD Magazine" with an arrow pointing left and "Methadone Clinic" with an arrow pointing right. The bald man in blue and Bart look toward the signs as the crowd stands in the lobby.
