What happens

Homer, in a white suit, stands before a witness stand in a courtroom beneath an American flag while an elderly grey-haired man in an olive uniform, holding a long wooden stick, first sweeps near the podium and then leans in beside him, looking grumpy and tired. Homer's eyes widen, then he closes them and pumps his fist in the air with a black tie loosened at his collar, while the old man stands at his side. Outside, the white-suited Homer in a sailor-style cap descends the courthouse steps with a briefcase as Marge, with her tall blue beehive and green dress, and Bart in an orange shirt and Lisa in a red dress watch him from the path.
