What happens

Mr. Burns, frail and stooped in a black suit and top hat, sits in a purple chair near a windmill with a crowd nearby, including Ned Flanders in a green sweater with a moustache and glasses, an elderly woman with grey hair in a bun, and Chief Wiggum, the heavy police chief. A pink-stained smoke cloud drifts across the scene, and Burns raises a gloved hand against a small green creature as the windmill sails turn. Flanders then stands in a cloud of pink smoke holding a stick while Moe, the grey-haired bartender, and a woman with red hair in a pink top and red skirt look on, and Wiggum arrives to join them beside a flattened red blob on the grass.
