What happens

Lisa and Bart sit in an orange-vested row inside a white motorboat with a smoking, flaming outboard motor, while Homer, in an orange jumpsuit and blue harness, hangs from a parachute rope above the lake. The boat trails a plume of grey smoke across the water as it heads toward the shore of a pine-lined lake, and Homer dangles and grips the ropes, looking increasingly alarmed. Smoke and pink flames rise from the boat and the parachute line.
