What happens

On a stage with red curtains, a bespectacled, bearded man in a blue suit wearing a COMPTROLLER sash shakes hands with a stooped, thin, bald old man in a navy suit, likely Mr. Burns, while a man with neat greyish-brown hair and a pink shirt holds a large Department of the State Treasurer check made out to Springfield Elementary School. The bearded man then steps to a wooden podium with a microphone and speaks, gesturing with one hand, while the check-holding man and Mr. Burns stand behind him. Lisa, in a pink dress with star-spiky hair, sits on a blue chair, then stands up and walks past the empty chairs on the wooden stage floor.
