Homer stands at a red counter beside a CAUTION sign in the Springfield nuclear plant, holding a glowing green rod

What happens

Homer, in a yellow hazmat suit with a visor and an orange harness, stands at a red counter beside a CAUTION sign in the Springfield nuclear plant, holding a glowing green rod. Mr. Burns and Smithers watch from behind the control panel, and Homer later turns to face them while the rod glows. Marge, with her tall blue beehive and a Mom Monthly magazine, and Maggie, sucking a pacifier, stand at the Kwik-E-Mart checkout counter with a CHECKS sign and a Frosted Krusty Flakes box nearby. Maggie then lies pressed flat on the counter, and Marge pushes a shopping cart with Maggie sitting in it, gesturing as Maggie's pacifier bobs in her mouth.
